Immigration is back on the political agenda. This is hardly surprising after the announcement that 276,000 new arrivals entered Australia last year.Among the questions being asked is whether we have an upper limit on yearly numbers. Another question is whether we cope with these numbers.Like it or not, most of the intake will flock into Sydney and Melbourne.
