Climate change has become a hot topic lately, in more ways than one.
It has been blamed for the sustained drought in eastern Australia, but apparently not for very cold temperatures in northern India, where the poor are dying because they can’t afford to heat their homes, and in western Canada where January temperatures reached below minus 40 degrees.
And don’t forget Brazil and Dubai, which have both suffered floods since the start of this year.
