Taiwan’s health strategy has successfully confined 340,000 people to 14-day quarantine and recorded zero community transmissions since mid-April, thus allowing the rest of the country’s 23 million people to live normal lives and the economy to grow at an expected 3.3 per cent in the third quarter.
