The deaths of over 800 people during Victoria’s second wave of the covid19 pandemic have been the subject of three recent reports. The most prominent was the Board of Inquiry into the hotel quarantine fiasco; the second a Legislative Council report into contact tracing and testing; and the third an inquiry into two aged-care facilities where there many deaths, St Basil’s Orthodox Home for the Aged, and the Epping Gardens Aged-Care facility.
