Yet another Australian state looks set to debate the highly contentious issue of assisted suicide/euthanasia.

Tasmanian Independent MLC Michael Gaffney is reported to be going to introduce his End-Of-Life Choices (Voluntary Assisted Dying) Bill in August. The last attempt at legislating VAD in Tasmania was in 2016.
