Latham bills seek protections for freedom of speech and religion*

Self-described anti-discrimination campaigner Garry Burns has made numerous complaints under the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act. About 36 of those complaints (which have resulted in 32 legal cases in four courts and a tribunal) have been against one respondent, Queensland resident Bernie Gaynor, for comments on marriage, family and Christian morality.
