Payments:

We use secure third-party services to process online payments.

Payment must be completed before orders can be processed or subscriptions/digital access can be activated.

We recommend that you complete the payment online however if you need assistance, we can place the order for you over the phone and accept your payment details over the phone. Please ring 03 9816 0800 for assistance.

For periodic subscriptions, automatic payments are setup when you sign up. You will be charged at the end of your subscription period unless you cancel the subscription or deactivate the automatic subscription renewal.

Delivery:

We use regular Australia Post delivery for our orders.

Print magazine subscriptions are mailed via the PrintPost service. Delivery times vary from 2-3 business days for Vic local metro delivery to 12+ business days for remote regional areas. Standard delivery times can be found here.

We use regular Parcel Post for book orders. Standard delivery times can be found here.

In case of book orders or subscriptions with print issues, we will mail out the books or current issue within 2 business days.

Your digital access is enabled once your payment is successfully processed. Please remember your username and password and store the login details securely. You cannot access the premium digital content without logging into the website. Access to premium content is available for the period that your sign up for (day, month or year). Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you deactivate automatic renewal or cancel your subscription.

Please note that you need an active internet connection and a capable device to access the digital content.
