Refunds are only available under certain conditions.
For orders containing only printed books or individual News Weekly issues, if you contact the office on 03 9816 0800 before your order is processed and mailed, then we can refund your order in full. We do not provide change of mind refunds.
For orders containing only printed books or individual News Weekly issues that have already been mailed, if you contact the office on 03 98816 0800 and arrange the return of the product(s) in the original packing at your own cost back to News Weekly, PO Box 251, Balwyn Vic 3103, then we can partly refund your order after we receive the product(s). Postage and handling charges will not be refunded. For products where the postage and handling charges are included in the product price and not separately mentioned, the cost of Australia Post’s large letter rate will be deducted from the refund.
We do not provide refunds for subscription orders involving digital access to the website content. If you cancel your subscription, it will expire at the end of the period that you signed up for (day, month or year). Upon cancellation, you will not be charged at the end of the subscription and you will have access to the included subscription content till the end of your active subscription period.
